Nancy R. Pannell Broker
Nancy has been a broker in Virginia for more than 25 years, acting as the principal broker for Hallsboro Land & Investment Company and Pannell & Associates, Inc. She has extensive experience in the Richmond metro areas, as well as the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers area.

Rob Pannell
Rob is a native of Chesterfield County with considerable knowledge of Richmond and its surrounding counties. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in Virginia, Rob was a real estate attorney for over seven years. As an attorney, his practice focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Rob has extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate, including §1031 tax-free exchanges and lease agreements. He also lecturers for Barbri Bar Review, the Richmond Bar Review, and other various law schools through out the Commonwealth of Virginia.
